Information you choose to send

Our contact links open your own email client. Deadline Beam does not operate a hidden web form on this site. If you email us, we receive the message, your business email address, and the business or app information you choose to include.

Pilot information

If we mutually approve a pilot, we use the business identity, billing details, public app identifiers, named owners, responses, and operational status information needed to qualify, deliver, support, document, and account for the service. Do not send passwords, access tokens, private source code, signing material, production data, or regulated personal data.

Payments

Payment processing may be provided by Stripe. Deadline Beam does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy practices.

Use and sharing

We use information to respond, evaluate pilot fit, deliver an accepted pilot, prevent duplicate outreach, maintain suppression requests, secure the service, and meet accounting or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Outreach and tracking

Our controlled outreach uses public business contact routes. We use no tracking pixels in outreach email. Opt-outs and hard bounces are permanently suppressed from future promotional contact.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, service records, suppression, security, disputes, and legal or accounting duties. Local operating files and credentials use restricted access. No security measure eliminates all risk.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information that is not required for an active service, suppression record, dispute, security, accounting, or legal obligation. You may opt out of promotional email at any time.
